Since I formed a church planting team and began leading many years ago, I’ve been keenly aware of the joys and the pains of teamwork. Because I had some invaluable support from others during those early days of my team leadership journey, I chose to invest a significant part of my energy in helping other teams.
I coach teams much like I do individual leaders, with the addition of proven tools and resources which I have developed and used over with many other teams. I’m especially attuned to the needs of multicultural teams and leadership teams.
